Policy Standard
• An agreement between Riteway and the insurance adjuster as to the scope of repairs shall always be reached.
• Photographs of the site are provided upon request. If desired, we can use digital cameras and e-mail the photos and estimates over the internet.
• Riteway shall be directly accountable to the insured party for the satisfactory completion of all contracted restoration work
• Our work is not interrupted or delayed until all restoration is completed to the insured´s satisfaction.
• Permits will be obtained, when required.
